Allegra Wolf

Allegra has been practicing massage since 2008. She combines deep tissue, lomi lomi, trigger point therapy, energy work, cranio-sacral and shiatsu techniques into a custom massage tailored for your needs.
Allegra is also an herbalist and has been practicing plant medicine since 2020, she offers herbal consults and herbal anointment massages.

With over 30 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, Debby specializes in manual therapies to support those dealing with chronic headaches, neck and shoulder tension, and low back pain. Using a blend of FDN (functional dry needling), massage, stretching, GuaSha, and cupping, she is dedicated to helping clients find lasting relief.
